True love is all about the details, which is why you'll be head over leather menus for Guild, opening tonight on North Lamar. The new concept from Uchiko vet Sterling Ridings and the group behind Swift's Attic and Wu Chow, the sleek seafood-focused spot is all about the little elements. From menu items like trout "cooked at a fever" and ceviche served in a fishbowl to the octopus wallpaper in the bathrooms - we hear the men's has a no diving sign in front of the urinal - and the outdoor chairs made of rope, your head will be swiveling all throughout your meal. The super fresh raw bar and artful desserts will keep you coming back for more and cocktails like the sage-smoked Old Fashioned will make you stay longer than planned. 

Because there's nothing monotonous about the minutiae.
