Kimono Zulu Pop-Up Shop | Fri, April 20 – Sun, April 22 Tidbits Pick!
Houston-based Kimono Zulu visits MFA Shop for a three-day pop-up event featuring vintage Japanese kimonos, pictured. A one-of-a-kind kimono designed by graffiti artist GONZO247 is available only during this event. Admission to the museum's shop is always free.

Hereos & Handbags | Fri, April 20, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Caroline Harper Knapp of House of Harper hosts the 12th annual luncheon at River Oaks Country Club benefiting Hereos for Children. Don your spring chic attire and, of course, a statement bag. 

Flea Style Sat, April 21, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
The shopping event influencers love is back! Flea Style returns to SIlver Street Studios with more than 100 vendors selling handmade, vintage, fashion, home and lifestyle goods. There's also booze, food trucks, free crafts, kids’ activities and tote bags for the first 100 shoppers. 

Modern Calligraphy Workshop | Sat, April 21, 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. 
Local calligrapher Kristara hosts one of her popular calligraphy workshops for beginners this weekend. Learn to letter envelopes, invitations, chalkboards and more. Your $100 ticket includes a curated take-home starter kit, champagne and sweets.

Cinco De Derby | Sat, May 5, 4 - 6 p.m.
When The Kentucky Derby and Cinco de Mayo fall on the same day Brasserie 19 celebrates. B19 hosts Cinco De Derby, a champagne-fueled derby day fiesta complete with sombreros, Derby hats and fascinators, juleps and more. A prize will be awarded to the best hat.
