The silver is shined.
The table is set.
The wine is breathing.

Thank God (and Julia) the cooking is happening in someone else’s kitchen. Introducing Tidbits Supper Club, an intimate series that puts you behind the scenes (not the stovetop). We’ve coaxed the city’s best chefs to spill what inspires their dishes, then swirled with sommeliers to create palate-pleasing pairings. From al fresco fish fries to music-and-mixology sets, you’ll have no reservations about joining us.

First up? The Capitol at St. Germain, recently restored in a turn-of-the-century downtown building. You’ll feast on four thoughtful courses in the chic setting, prepared by a hot young chef (formerly George Strait’s personal chef). Savor the menu, then save your spot. Grab your gals for interesting drink pairings like new, local Thin Bitch margaritas, a fab party playlist and more.

Your apron makes your ass look fat anyway.

Tidbits Supper Club at The Capitol at St. Germain
Tuesday, January 17th
7 – 9 p.m.
$55 per person includes valet, four courses, beverage pairings, tax and gratuity
