The convenient treats are shaped like an empanada in flaky, gooey flavors like chicken chile relleno, twice-baked potato and s’more with Nutella. Young owner, Joe, bakes them fresh in his colorful truck from a parking lot in the gritty-cool EaDo neighborhood on weekdays, and takes his restaurant-on-wheels to 19th Street in the Heights most Saturdays.
