You were planning to eat your weight in Cadbury eggs this weekend.

Opt for a far more decadent indulgence and make rezzies for the 100-dish brunch on Easter at The Roosevelt this Sunday, April 16. At the first major culinary event from the hotel's new executive chef Jose Martinez, the doors to the grand Waldorf Astoria Ballroom will swing open at 10 a.m. to reveal 100 binge-worthy à la carte gourmet bites. Don your best garb and make stops at the charcuterie and cheese corner, the raw bar, the carving station, and the breakfast and salad set-ups to fill your plate with the likes of mini waffles topped with seared foie gras, bourbon roasted sweet potatoes and poached eggs with cochon de lait. And don't even think of passing on the heavenly dessert bars. 

Just keep quiet about the rabbit rillettes, should any bunny ask.
