Hotel Peter & Paul

The devil may be in the details, but the mood at Hotel Peter & Paul is positively angelic. The historic 19th century site consists of four buildings — a church, rectory, school house and convent — that have been transformed into a lovely boutique hotel. The 71 gorgeous guest rooms are decorated with handmade rugs from India and antiques collected from European art fairs and New Orleans estate sales. Feel free to drop by the on-property cafe for a cup of coffee or pull up a stool at newly opened The Elysian Bar which features a list of niche wines, specialty cocktails and a menu designed by the celebrated Chef Alex Harrell.
