Consider the sibs behind Ocean’s, the new patio-chic restaurant in Montrose. Two hunky brothers from Mexico City spent months restoring the 1930s Tudor before swinging open the French doors to the charming back patio a few days ago. Belly up to Houston’s first ceviche bar, or step outside and order shrimp tacos and artfully-prepared seafood at fountain-side iron tables. Upstairs, an underwater-cool blue and white color scheme makes for an inviting lounge.
