Headed on a journey to self-discovery, but don’t have the vacation days? Try out our picks for an Eat, Pray, Love experience right here in town. Your destiny awaits.

EAT
Send your taste buds on a trip to Minuti Coffee, the cozy new shop on the ground level of the gorgeous Rice Hotel. Authentic pastries, Italian-style coffees and decadent Euro desserts make this locally-owned coffee house a downtown destination.

PRAY
Let the healing powers of tea work their magic during Tea and Meditation at The Path of Tea on Tuesday August 17th, at 7 p.m. Led by tea-masters, this two hour taste trip pays homage to the countries Elizabeth Gilbert visited on her journey, each paired with a tasty treat and followed by a short meditation.

LOVE
You deserve it – treat yourself to a posh pedicure at Bella Spatique. Owner Amy, formerly of Manos Y Mas fame, has created a custom $40 treatment just for Tidbits readers, called To Bali With Love. Your trip to paradise begins with a papaya and pineapple soak, followed by an Indonesian coconut scrub, mud mask and a massage with coconut and lavender oils.
