Three things you’ve always dreamed of: a charming house in the Heights with a white picket fence, a dashing British boy, snowballs in July.

Just in time for the hottest summer since 1980, Mam’s House of Ice has set up shop in a tiny Heights “bungalow” on wheels. There’s a hottie from across the pond serving up New Orleans-style snowballs in flavors like Vanilla Cream and Barbie (made with pink bubblegum, natch). Grab a fluffy frozen treat – they’ve got natural berries and melons, as well as out-there varieties like Dill Pickle, all so refreshing you’ll feel like a kid at a carnival. Settle down at a picnic table, then go back to ask for yummy ice in a dog bowl for your furry friend. It will give you another chance to flirt with the eye candy behind the counter. (Order the Wedding Cake and give him a wink.)

All you need now to complete the fantasy is a baby carriage.
