Shake your shamrocks at EaDo’s block party. The bars open at 7 a.m. tomorrow with bowls of Lucky Charms for breakfast. Lucky’s Pub is the hub of the event, featuring green beer, two biergartens, bagpipers, performing leprechauns and 10 bands through the night.
