VOICE Restaurant and Lounge had you in mind when they designed a massive 360-degree bar smack in the middle of their restaurant. The best place downtown to see while being seen, Hotel Icon has a chic new restaurant where Bank used to be. Perch yourself on a stool and allow patrons to gaze while you call up the Scarlett Jo, a bombshell cocktail made with So Co, berries and citrus juice. Pair it with a snack, like Angus sliders with truffle fries, or wasabi tuna tartar on taro chips.
