Your gym routine is as stale as the playlist on your iPod. If you don’t do something to change it up soon, it’s gonna be stuck in your head forever (kinda like “Hips Don’t Lie”).

Consider a spinning class that’s designed for those with a short attention span when it comes to working out. All the classes at boutique-y Timberline Fitness Studio are open to non-members, meaning you only pay when you actually show up. Their new Wednesday evening spinning class offered by the always-encouraging Karen isn’t the least bit intimidating, mainly because she won’t make you ride to nowhere for a full hour. Her high-intensity 35-minute spin set is great for newbies and experts alike, and afterwards she adds to the full body workout with quick ab exercises.

It might hurt to sit down, but your butt’s gonna firm up in no time. If only you could shake it like Shakira, Shakira.
